Storm's Special The Storm's Special was made by C.E. Storms Auto Accessories of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Hot Springs, Arkansasl. The plug is painted with black enamel paint. Their motto was, "Storm's Specials never wear out and they fire even when broken." That is quite a claim!
